The PGE Foundation is an independent, permanently endowed charitable organization that gives grants to nonprofits in Oregon only.
As the corporate foundation of Portland General Electric, the PGE Foundation continues its mission of making grants to improve the quality of life for all Oregonians. The PGE Foundation strives to support programs which encourage communities to work together, and award grants to organizations that provide the greatest benefits to Oregon.

Smooth Jazz 105.9fmis a dedicated Friend of AFTA, providing exposure on the air as well as on their website. Smooth Jazz 105.9 supports the community in a number of ways including on-air and on-site support of events.
